We are on the lookout for the next perfect fit for our team! We hire adults 19 and older.

We are based out of north Bismarck. Our positions make the most sense for people who live near this area, as workers are either picking up the displays from there, or dropping them off there every night. If you have an interest in managing a hub in Lincoln please make a note of that.

Installer:

Must love early mornings, and being outside in all weather! We brave chilly mornings, wet grass, and bugs all the time because we LOVE to help others celebrate!

Installers pick up displays from our space in north Bismarck and set up complete displays by no later than 8:00am, with exceptions for customer requests (i.e. setup by 6:30am when recipient leaves for work)

Installers leave a door hanger on the recipient's door and take a couple of well-lit photos to use for social media posts.

This position requires the ability to bend down to the ground and to lift large objects and small sandbags.

An installer needs their own vehicle with space to transport displays. Our workers are independent contractors and not W-2 employees.

We are looking for creative problem solvers, who pay attention to detail and have a get it done attitude.

Pickup Person

Must love working in the evenings, driving, and being outside in all weather! We brave beautiful sunsets, wet grass, and bugs all the time because we LOVE to help others celebrate! :)

Pickup people can start pickups after 8pm and need to return all displays to Bismarck by 10:30pm that same evening. All display items are collected and returned to our space in north Bismarck each night.

Pickup people often get to meet recipients and are ambassadors for our brand and our mission which is to honor and celebrate life.

This position requires the ability to bend down to the ground and to lift large objects and small sandbags.

A pickup person needs their own vehicle with space to transport displays. Our workers are independent contractors and not W-2 employees.

We are looking for friendly people, who pay attention to detail and are careful with inventory.
